Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hitostudio.io.vn and the Android applications published by Hito Studio ("Hito Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), including Wallpaper Donghua 3D 4K and any other apps released under the developer name "Hito Studio" (together, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License to use the Services

Subject to these Terms, Hito Studio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, and to view our website, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Wallpapers and other content are provided for personal use as device wallpapers and similar personal purposes only.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the apps or their content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the Services to break any law, infringe others' rights, or distribute malware;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on our servers or the Services;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

4. Intellectual property & content

The Hito Studio name, logo, app design, and original materials are owned by Hito Studio and protected by applicable laws. The Services may display wallpapers and imagery related to donghua (Chinese animation) series. Such artwork and characters are the property of their respective creators, studios, and rights holders. These works are made available for fans' personal use and their ownership remains with the respective owners. We claim no ownership over third-party artwork.

5. Copyright & takedown requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder and believe content in our Services infringes your copyright, please contact us at vuhuy21122000@gmail.com with a description of the work, its location in the Services, and your contact details. We will review and remove infringing content promptly where appropriate.

6. Advertising and third-party services

Our apps are free and supported by third-party advertising (including Google AdMob) and may use third-party services such as Google Firebase. Your use of the Services is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. Ads and third-party links are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for third-party content or websites. Data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We provide the Services on an ongoing basis but may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of them, add or remove features, or update content at any time without liability. We may also update our apps; some updates may be required for continued use.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hito Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Because our apps are provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any (which for free apps is zero).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and uninstall the apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could harm us or others.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts located in Hà Nội, Vietnam.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
